In the spirit of the holidays and just in time for Thanksgiving, Just Good Meat is set to donate 500 turkey dinners to be served at the upcoming Health Fair sponsored by Nebraska Methodist College’s Nursing Class #340.
This year’s event will be held at McMillan Magnet School in north Omaha and the donation by Just Good Meat will provide a holiday dinner for low income families who may not be able to afford it otherwise. Serving a holiday meal for members of the Omaha community to share with their loved ones is just one of the ways that Just Good Meat is involved in community outreach throughout the year, with a tradition of food donations to Heartland Ministries, the St. Francis House, Empty Tomb Ministries and the Tri-City Food Pantry.
