The former Professional Veterinary Products Building at 134th & Cornhusker in Omaha has been sold to Sergeant’s Pet Care Products.
The 131,110 square foot building was built in 1999 for Professional Veterinary Products. The building was vacated by PVP after filing for bankruptcy in 2010 and was listed with Investors Realty, Inc. for sale.
Sergeant’s Pet Care Products will use this facility as its headquarters and manufacturing of pet grooming and healthcare products.
This sale was just one of six Omaha industrial buildings over 100,000 s.f. that sold in 2011 which is up from three sales in 2010. The market trend seems to show that Omaha Industrial Market is improving.
