The University of Nebraska–Lincoln College of Business Administration Executive Education program will host four Executive Power Lunches to share the latest ideas and strategies in management. Presented in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. Dennis Duchon, E.J. Faulkner Professor of Management, will present “Making Better Decisions,” and Dr. Tammy Beck, associate dean and associate professor of management, will present “Making Work Matter: Finding Passion at Work.” These events are designed to introduce professionals to hot topics in a best practices format and provide businesses with ideas for professional and corporate growth.

“Today’s business professionals face complex challenges in a world of fast-paced change,” said Dr. Donde Plowman, James Jr. and Susan Stuart Endowed Dean of the College of Business Administration. “Our power lunch series provides a place for cutting-edge ideas about business to meet the challenges of everyday practice.”

Duchon will speak in Omaha on Wednesday, February 4, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., at TD Ameritrade, 200 S. 108 Ave. In Lincoln, his power lunch is Wednesday, March 4, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., at Wick Alumni Center, 1520 R St.

Beck will speak in Lincoln on Wednesday, February 18, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., at Wick Alumni Center. She will conclude the power lunch series in Omaha on Wednesday, March 25, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., at TD Ameritrade.
