Located just northeast of the First National Bank building on 114th street and Dodge, Iron Hero CrossFit can be found in the Miracle Hills Square Shopping Center and is the area’s premiere health and fitness facility.
Iron Hero CrossFit combines elements of weightlifting, cardiovascular training, and gymnastics and incorporates them into an ever-evolving, body-transforming program. The class format lends itself to the development of strong bonds, strong bodies, confidence, and esteem.
The program is instructed by a staff of fully qualified and accredited coaches. Qualifications include: Olympic weightlifting, kettlebell instruction, functional/corrective exercise, performance enhancement, TaeKwonDo instruction, CrossFit certified, nutrition and metabolism, and lastly but not least, a degree in Exercise Science.
Iron Hero CrossFit is set to host its Grand Opening Celebration on July 18th, from 1-3 p.m. There will be a complimentary CrossFit workout and festivities to follow. People of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged and welcome to attend.
