			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Omaha entrepreneurs Zac Triemert and Holly Mulkins are launching <strong>Borgata</strong>, Omaha’s newest craft brewery and distillery.  The business will include a 9,000-square-ft manufacturing brewery and distillery along with a tasting room to accommodate approximately 100 guests. Headquartered in the heart of the Old Market at 1116 Jackson (currently Second Chance Antiques), Borgata’s Omaha operation will include a packaging and canning line brewery and a separate distillery area featuring large custom-made copper stills and whisky barrel storage.   Borgata’s tasting room will offer a view of the copper stills alongside the uniquely Old Market interior of exposed brick, steel, and wood.  As part of the space’s renovation, the original 1924 structure will be exposed and will feature a serving bar and table seating. Patrons will also be able to enjoy Borgata’s unique beers and small-batch spirits alfresco on a front patio.</p>
<p>Triemert and Mulkins anticipate Borgata, named for an Italian word meaning “family,” will begin serving Omahans in November 2013 and follow up in distributing beer and spirits throughout the Midwest by Spring of 2014.</p>

Fraser Stryker honored Mr. Wang and Mr. White during a reception and awards presentation in May.</p>
<p>Fraser Stryker wants to help talented students from diverse backgrounds that need financial help to fulfill their dream of working in the legal field. This program, started in 2006, provides financial aid for college-bound students and also gives Fraser Stryker scholars the opportunity to learn about the practice of law by working in the firm during the summer months.</p>
<p>Wenbo Wang is a member of the Mayor’s Youth Leadership Commission and Executive Board for Key Club. He is the founder and president of Go Club in the Omaha metro and is the co-president of the National Honor Society. Wenbo plans to study Pre-Law at New York University.</p>
<p>Anthony White is a member of the Future Business Leaders of America, Spanish National Honors Society, and is a school ambassador and guidance aide at Burke High School. He has received “Highest Honors” Honor Roll since the fall of 2009 and received the African American Achievement Award for academic excellence presented by National Pan-Hellenic. Anthony plans to attend Creighton University to study Pre-Law and Business.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nebraska’s very own “Ghost Busters” will be back at the <strong>Strategic Air &amp; Space Museum (SAC)</strong> and this time they are inviting those brave enough to join them!  TRIP, or Tri-City Research and Investigation of the Paranormal, visited the SAC Museum in March and uncovered a significant amount of energy and photos during their investigation.  Their return provides a chance for those who believe in paranormal activity, or those who might be a little skeptical, to participate alongside TRIP as they conduct a more in depth investigation of the SAC Museum.  This event will take place on Saturday, June 22 from 6 p.m. until 1 a.m.  The price to participate is $50 per person and those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Tickets can be purchased through the TRIP website at www.tripparanormal.com.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Olympic Volleyball silver medalist Jordan Larson and Bobsled gold medalist Curt Tomasevicz will host sport clinics in five communities across Nebraska in five days from June 24-28. The clinics are part of the LiveWellNebraska.com wellness tour across the state which will also feature a <strong>Cornhusker State Games</strong> Torch Arrival Ceremony in each community.  Larson will help local organizers conduct a volleyball-specific clinic and Tomasevicz will focus on a speed and agility clinic designed for all sports.  All registered youths, ages 5-18, will receive a clinic shirt, an autographed photo and other sponsor gifts.Clinic Sites and Locations:</p>
<p><strong>Scottsbluff</strong> &#8211; Monday, June 24 : Speed &amp; Agility &#8211; Scottsbluff Bearcat Stadium (2502 Broadway), Volleyball &#8211; Western Nebraska Community College (1601 E. 27th St)</p>
<p><strong>North Platte</strong> &#8211; Tuesday, June 25: Both clinics &#8211; Mid Plains Community College (601 W State Farm Road)</p>
<p><strong>Kearney</strong> &#8211; Wednesday, June 26: Kearney YMCA (4500 6th Ave), Speed &amp; Agility &#8211; Football Fields behind the YMCA, Volleyball &#8211; YMCA Main Gym</p>
<p><strong>Grand Island</strong> &#8211; Thursday, June 27: Both clinics &#8211; Grand Island Sr. High School (2124 North Lafayette Avenue)</p>
<p><strong>Lincoln</strong> &#8211; Friday, June 28: The site is yet to be determined.</p>
