The Lancaster County Board of Commissioners is pleased to announce the debut of the new Lancaster County website on June 25th, 2010. This new website can be found at www.lancaster.ne.gov.
The new website will enable citizens to access information and do business not only with Lancaster County, but also with the City of Lincoln, the State of Nebraska and all area schools.
Some of the services provided on this site include: license a car, pay taxes, look for property information, check court calendars, license a pet, make a reservation at a State Park, read County Board meeting agendas and minutes, check on County and City street closings, check Lancaster Lookout – the Sheriff’s most wanted list, check services for veterans, find services for mental illness, check the Bookmobile schedule, reserve a book, get homework help the City Library, check the air quality, read the County’s budge, find out where you vote, how to register to vote, see who is running for office and current office holders, find a senior center in your area, find the County Rural Transportation schedule, reserve a tee time at one of the City’s golf courses, link to cities and villages in Lancaster County, check weather alerts and find tourism information.
